Immunofluorescent analysis of PRRSV infected Marc-145 cells using PRRS virus M protein antibody .
Sample: Marc-145 cells mock (left) and infected with North American (type II) genotypes PRRSV (right, MOI=1) were fixed in 4% formaldehyde at 4oC for 10 min and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 on ice for 5 min.
Green: PRRS virus M protein stained by PRRS virus M protein antibody (GTX129063) diluted at 1:500.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) Marc-145 whole cell extract (5 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PRRS virus M protein antibody (GTX129063) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
